Louisa Quarto is President of Realty Capital Securities LLC (“RCS”), the broker dealer subsidiary of American Realty Capital (“ARC”). Ms. Quarto joined RCS and ARC in April, 2008.   As President of RCS, Ms. Quarto oversees the national accounts, operations and compliance activities for the firm. RCS, through its open architecture, multi-product distribution strategy, currently serves as the dealer manager for seven sector-specific non-traded REIT offerings and one non-traded business development company.  Prior to joining ARC and RCS Ms. Quarto was with W. P. Carey & Co. LLC and its broker dealer subsidiary, Carey Financial LLC, from February 1996 through April 2008.  Ms. Quarto earned a B.A. from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from The Stern School of Business at New York University. She holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses and is a member of the IPA’s Executive Committee, its Board of Trustees and serves as the IPA’s Treasurer and chair of its Finance Committee.
