We are currently sold out of accommodations at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center.
Additional accommodations are available at the Embassy Suites Outdoor World located 5 minutes from the Gaylord Texan Resort. Continuous free shuttle transportation between the two properties will be provided for guests staying at the Embassy Suites. Transportation between the Embassy Suites Outdoor World and Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center will operate on a continuous basis between the following times:

Thursday, November 4th

6:30am – 11:00pm

Pick-up/Drop-off locations will be Convention Center Drive at the Gaylord Texan Resort and the front drive of Embassy Suites Outdoor World. Transportation will be provided by the Gaylord Texan Resort.
