Cancellation Policy: A full refund minus a $100 processing fee will be granted if registration is cancelled by April 3, 2018;

Uniform Policy Concerning Outside Events to be held during IPA Events: Non-IPA sponsored events are not allowed during any IPA Conference Sessions or Events unless approved in advance. Non-IPA events can be scheduled after an IPA event or session ends; One of the purposes of our events is to provide opportunities for meaningful networking to occur. By limiting members from monopolizing large groups of attendees at non-IPA sponsored events, we hope to encourage, not limit, the interaction between members;

Room Drop Policy: No room drops are allowed at IPA Events (unless a certified sponsor);

Moderator/Panelist Policy: An IPA Moderator and/or Panelist must be an IPA Member and in good standing unless otherwise approved by IPA Staff; Moderator/Panelist Pricing Policy: A Moderator and/or Panelist that has been approved to participate at an IPA Event will not receive a discount off the attendance price of $999.

Broker-Dealer & RIA Attendance: Broker-Dealers and RIAs are complimentary to attend as well as qualify for complimentary hotel rooming and transportation related expenses up to $500 applicable to air, train or car travel for up to 2 individuals per firm. IPA will cover a maximum of 3 rooming nights based on qualified event attendance per person. You will be notified by IPA Staff if more than 2 representatives have registered from the same firm.

Transportation: You will receive an email from Deem@work notified@deem.com that you may use if you wish to book air travel. IPA will cover up to $500 in flight cost. Should a flight exceed this amount, the IPA is notified for approval and may supply you with other flight options.

Hotel Rooming Policy: Please secure your room directly with the Fairmont Hotel with a personal or company credit card. Charges will only be incurred for incidentals and if you have additional days above what the IPA will cover or if you do not show up/cancel your room. Your room must be cancelled 72 hours prior to your reservation for no charge to be incurred. Once you arrive on location and check-in at the IPA registration desk, your charges will be moved over to our master account.

In order to receive complimentary rooming, you must book your room by March 26, 2018.
