The mission of the Non-Traded REIT committee is to develop and implement action plans specific to members involved in the formation, distribution, and operation non-traded REITs. The objectives of these action plans are to facilitate the creation of non-traded REIT industry-wide guidelines, to enhance information, resources and support to industry participants, and to advance the welfare of the investing public.
